Making the Most of a Rainy Day...

Good evening all!

So it was a very gloomy weekend for us in Woodbridge, VA. Mom and Dad had plans to take us to Virginia Beach, until we saw the cloudy weather coming in. Mom even went to buy a tripod for our camera so that we could take a family picture on the beach. Oh, well, I guess we'll save it for a nicer weekend. Dad had the weekend off, so we've been on our best behavior. For those of you who don't know, our Dad thinks he's the Dog Whisperer, which Mom finds very cute. Although, Mom says that ever since they started crate tranining us, we've been good doggies. No more poop paw painting on the sofa, kitchen floor and dinning table.

This is a picture of me and Dad watching television. Even though we didn't get to go to the beach, it was nice to have some male bonding time with Dad.

We had a chance to go out and play for a few minutes, but then the rain started again. This is a picture of Dad, Ebony and I playing fetch. Ebony gets really excited when we get to play outside.

This is Ebony taking a nap on the laptop table.

Yup, we were pretty bored this weekend, can you tell? I hope this gloomy weather goes away soon. I'm ready for some more adventures!
Until next week!
Obie & Ebony

  1. You lo as though you had a pretty good weekend despite the rain. It is raining realy hard here this morning. I love your pictures, but especially the last one. So cute.

    Hugs GJ

  2. Bored or not, you are still the cutest puppies around!!! We love seeing your weekly updates.

Mom, Dad, Aunt Carrleigh and Uncle Java

PS - ask your Mom and Dad to fix you some popcorn and toss it to you one piece at a time when you get bored - it gets the games started!! We all love it, even Java.

  3. It's been gloomy and rainy at our house too, guys, but luckily we've gotten our morning walkies in before the steady stuff starts to fall!

    Love ya lots,
    Maggie and Mitch

  4. Love Ya'll! You are so precious! Come by and see us sometime... we have a little award for you!

Mommy says I'm lucky I'm so good looking because I make even Daddy's not-so-professional grooming look cute.

This is me, Obie.
